The official acceptance of Fila Brasileiro ( any color) began , in 1946, and was done through the search of Fila dogs fitting the standard, in the farms, butcheries, etc. Later these dogs were presented in a DOG SHOW and submited to the judgement of three judges of BKC ( present CBKC). If approved, they received a RI ( Inicial Register ). LUMUMBA was found in Hotel-farm Ramon, city of São Lourenço, South of Minas Gerais, and was knew as caming from an old lineage of Black Filas. It was the first step for the formation of the solid black Filas of Canil Kirimáua. Now, 28 years later, we saw the results: photos 34 and 35.

Mrs. Clélia Kruel is a name very important in the modern Fila Brasileiro history (CBKC/FCI, SKC judge). Living at present in Texas, United States, she is doing a very active work. With her, began the diffusion of informations of our dogs in USA, and, the first time, DOG WORLD presents, in the front page, a photo of a FILA (Int. Ch. Happy do Camping) October/1987. She published three books in English on Fila. She was very active in the foundation of FBCA ( Fila Brasileiro Club of America ). Later, she founded FBA ( Fila Brasileiro Association ) and she is the president of this Club. In Brazil she left her son, Adriano Kruel Budri, also a very active Fila lover

Photos 32 and 33 - Marko Numinen, from Finland, owns this black female, now seven years old, imported from Brazil. The Santa Claus Home ? No ! This is Marko's home and the snow and the beauty are the surrounding. The very cold weather in Finland shows that the Fila has a good adaptation to the climate there. Marko has six Filas living in this place. One is Higienópolis Bandido, interelly in CBKC standard, living, now, in Sweden.

KIRIMÁUA lineage may trace a back ground history of about two hundred years.
